Making a Purchase

Making a purchase is now as easier as ever.  Just browse our Catalogue and click onto any items you wish to buy and place them in the shopping cart.  When you have finished your selections click onto 'Order' and you will be asked for a few details which we need to be able to confirm your order.  We accept paypal and payments can be process by google checkout.

Back Orders

 If your item is not currently in stock we will reserve one for you as soon as it becomes available.  However, you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you prefer not to wait.

 Tax Charges

17.5% VAT is included for orders made from the United Kingdom or the European Union.

Quality control

We source products from different manufacturers suited for the purpose of rainharvesting and microirrigaton. They are all checked and tested for durability in a outside environment and carry the warranties provided by the manufacturers . There can be colour variation and finish in the roto- moulded range this is only cosmetic and will not effect the function of the tanks which have thick walls far exceeding a blow-moulded water butt .

 Returns policy

  Upon delivery, please inspect the goods and make a note on the delivery paperwork of any defects or damages.  If you are not completely happy with your order, then all you need to do is return the product to us in its original condition and packaging and we will refund the purchase price. Products which are supplied and machined to individual requirements are not covered by the above, manufacturers  warranties apply .
